Exchange & Refund Policy

At FlamesInYou.com, your satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges in specific cases. Please review our guidelines below.


Damaged or Defective Items

📌 Report within 5 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos showing the defect and original packaging.
✅ If approved, we’ll replace or reprint the product at no extra cost.
⚠️ Claims after 5 days may not be accepted or may incur a reprinting charge.


Incorrect Orders (Wrong Item or Size Sent by Us)

📌 If you receive the wrong item or size, notify us within 5 days of delivery.
✅ We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.


Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)

🔹 Size Issues? If you ordered the correct size but need an exchange, we offer one free size exchange.
🔹 We’ll arrange a reverse pickup (typically within 3 days).
🔹 Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll promptly ship the new size.

Once approved the exchanded or damaged or defective product will be redelivered within 7-10 working days.

⚠️ No Exchanges for:
Wrong size selection by the customer – A new order will be required.
Change of mind after purchase.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

📌 If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.


Return Conditions for Exchanges

✔️ Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
✔️ Customer-initiated return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.


Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged unless defective.
Used, washed, sale, or discounted items cannot be exchanged.


Refund Policy

⚠️ Refunds are issued ONLY for defective or lost shipments after review.

💳 Once approved refunds are credited to the original payment method or a provided bank account with in 10-15 days.

📌 Slight color/design variations from website images are not eligible for exchange or refund.
