Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or wrong product:
Share a clear video showing the issue and original packaging.

Once verified and approved by our support team, we’ll arrange a return pickup at no cost.
After we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse, you’ll receive a gift card equal to your order value, valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

We reserve the right to decline a return if:
The product appears used, washed, or soiled, or
The product is damaged (other than during delivery).
