Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are not available for:


  • Customized or Personalized Products

  • Couponed Items (e.g., BUY2GET1)

Conditions for Exchange:


  • Only for the same product type and size (no color or item change).

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Item(s) must be in original packaging and condition as delivered.

  • A ₹150 logistic charge per T-shirt will be deducted as part of the exchange process.
Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or wrong product:


  1. Share a clear video showing the issue and original packaging.

  2. Send it to support@flamesinyou.com or on WhatsApp: +91 8348630370.

  3. Once verified and approved by our support team, we’ll arrange a return pickup at no cost.

After we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse, you’ll receive a gift card equal to your order value, valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Note:

We reserve the right to decline a return if:


  • The product appears used, washed, or soiled, or

  • The product is damaged (other than during delivery).
Wash & Care
  • Do not iron directly on the design.
  • Avoid dry cleaning.
  • Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
  • Do not use harsh brushes.
  • Wash with mild detergents.
  • Machine wash for best results.
